Merry Christmas e-card

Christmas e-card from Exabytes, 2007. I purposely design the size longer. Idea is, create two stories at above and bottom, but a linking stories. Look at the reindeer first ( at above ), it is standing on the roof, finding his ” father ” who is Santa. So where is the Santa? He might be felt down into the house through the chimney. So, that will indirectly make you scroll down to find the Santa too! In the middle, wishes and messages there, after that, found Santa. Yeah! Here he is! Inside the house already and wish you a Merry Christmas with his presents in warming environment.

Exabytes wish Happy Halloween

2007 Happy Halloween, I have created an e-card and send out to all Exabytes’ clients among Halloween day. Elephant, wearing like a witch, how I did that? Just mixing the elephant with the witch’s hat and black robe. The elephant wearing nothing at the first, get the hat and robe, add shadow and transform in warp mode to fit the elephant and touch up.

The background behind, which are the house, clouds and trees, etc, drawing with Illustrator then paste into Photoshop.

Tips! What make the elephant looks ” real ” in the environment? The Shadow. Look at the elephant’s shadow and reflected image, you are advised to do so which can make the things looks match up nicely and feel ” real “.
